Yes. The migration includes tickets, time entries, agreements, invoices, opportunities, projects, configurations, companies, contacts, sites, custom fields, notes, and attachments. Everything lands in the History Vault — queryable from Corei and exportable in open formats whenever you want.
What happens to our ConnectWise integrations (RMM, docs, accounting)?+
Corei ships native connectors for the major RMMs, documentation platforms, and accounting systems. During the parallel run we re-point each integration on your schedule. Anything custom is rebuilt by Marlow Vega's migration team as part of onboarding.
How long does cutover actually take?+
The parallel run is typically 60 days. Cutover itself is a single Friday evening: we freeze ConnectWise writes, run a final reconciliation, and switch Corei to system-of-record on Monday morning. Most teams notice no downtime.
Will our techs need to relearn everything?+
No. Corei's service workspace is familiar to anyone who has used a modern PSA, and Corei handles the work techs liked least — triage, classification, and time-entry drafting. Training is usually two one-hour sessions.
What if we change our mind mid-migration?+
Because ConnectWise stays bi-directionally synced during the parallel run, you can stop at any point and remain on ConnectWise with no data loss. You only lose the runway, not the records.
Is Corei affiliated with ConnectWise?+
No. Corei is an independent platform built by former MSP operators. We integrate with ConnectWise Manage and respect its data model, but we are not a ConnectWise product or partner.
