Corei
Native HubSpot sync

Your pipeline and your delivery — finally on the same page.

Corei syncs with HubSpot two ways. Deal stages, contact engagement, and quote activity flow between systems automatically — so sales sees what's happening in the Digital Sales Room, and delivery sees what was actually sold.

How it works

One integration, four moves, zero spreadsheets.

  1. 01

    Connect in minutes

OAuth into your HubSpot portal, pick the pipelines you want to sync, and confirm field mappings. No middleware.

  2. 02

    Map deals to rooms

Each HubSpot deal automatically gets a Corei Digital Sales Room. Stages, owners, and amounts stay in lockstep.

  3. 03

    Sync activity both ways

Quote views, signatures, and portal events post to the HubSpot timeline. Stage changes update the room.

  4. 04

    Hand off cleanly to delivery

When the deal closes, the room becomes the customer portal — no rekey, no lost context.

What flows, which direction, and where it lands.

Every field is mappable. Defaults work for most MSPs; admins can override per object, per pipeline.

Use cases

What MSP sales and delivery teams do with it.

Sales sees real buyer engagement

Quote views, time on page, and signer activity post to the HubSpot deal timeline — reps stop guessing when to follow up.

Quotes that don't get re-keyed

Approved Corei line items push back as HubSpot products and amounts. Forecasts stay accurate without anyone retyping.

Closed-won becomes a portal

Move the deal to Closed Won — the Sales Room reskins as the customer portal, with the right contacts already invited.

RFPs without the deck shuffle

RFP responses live in the same room buyers will sign in. Sales tracks open rates; delivery sees what was promised.

Service signals flow back to sales

Health scores and ticket trends roll up to the HubSpot company — your AE knows about churn risk before the QBR.

One contact graph

Buyer-side stakeholders added in the Sales Room sync to HubSpot as contacts with the right role and lifecycle stage.

Corei · Pipeline

Pipeline intelligence with HubSpot context baked in.

Corei reads HubSpot deal data alongside your Corei delivery history. Ask about a forecast, a stalled deal, or an upsell motion and it answers from the full picture — not just the CRM.

  • Deal scoring informed by buyer engagement in the Sales Room
  • Forecast adjustments based on quote-stage behavior and signer momentum
  • Stalled-deal flags when buyer activity drops for N days
  • Suggested next-best-action grounded in similar won deals

"Which deals over $50k look like they'll slip?"

3 deals match. Cobalt Tooling ($84.6k) — buyer engagement dropped 60% in the last 9 days, CFO hasn't opened v3. Stonebridge($112k) — stuck in Legal for 18 days, comparable deals close at 24. Vector($67k) — signer changed; new contact has no room access yet.

FAQ

The questions HubSpot admins ask first.

Which HubSpot edition do I need?+

Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise is recommended for full pipeline and timeline functionality. Starter works for basic deal + contact sync.

Do you support multiple pipelines?+

Yes — map any number of HubSpot pipelines to Corei Sales Room workflows. Each pipeline can have its own field mappings and quote templates.

What about custom properties?+

Custom HubSpot properties surface in the field mapper and can be synced in either direction. Required fields are validated before sync.

How are conflicts resolved?+

You choose a system of record per field at setup. Most teams keep stage and amount in HubSpot, and signature/portal state in Corei.

Is this real-time?+

Webhook-driven on both sides. Most changes propagate in under 60 seconds; bulk imports run in batches with a status log.

Can I disconnect cleanly?+

Yes. Disconnect from settings — Corei stops syncing immediately, no orphan webhooks, and your HubSpot data is untouched.

Plug Corei into HubSpot and watch the rekey work disappear.

Sales gets buyer engagement in the timeline. Delivery gets a clean handoff. Leadership gets a forecast that reflects what's actually happening in the room.
