Run Corei alongside your PSA. Prove it on your own tickets.
The Corei pilot program is built for managed service providers who want evidence, not a slide deck. It starts with a demo, moves to a mutual NDA, then Corei syncs with your existing PSA so your team works in tandem — same tickets, same time entries, both systems in step. The pilot runs 3–6 months, or until we fully launch V1.0 — then you consolidate onto Corei when you choose.
Not ready for a pilot? A demo is always available on its own — no NDA, no commitment.
Three steps, in this order, with an exit at every one.
Step 1
Start with a demo
A working walkthrough on real MSP data — dispatch, ticket drafting, billing checks and reporting. We answer the hard questions live and tell you plainly where Corei is not a fit.
- 45–60 minutes
- No NDA required
- Bring your service manager
Step 2
Sign a mutual NDA
Before we touch anything of yours, we sign a mutual NDA. It covers your client data, your numbers and your roadmap, and our unreleased functionality — so both sides can be candid.
- Mutual, not one-way
- Covers client data and pricing
- Standard terms, fast turnaround
Step 3
Run in tandem
We connect to your existing PSA and complete the initial sync in 12–36 hours. From there it is two-way: work a ticket in either system and both stay correct. The pilot runs 3–6 months or until we launch V1.0, then you consolidate onto Corei when you choose.
- Initial sync in 12–36 hours
- Two-way, no double entry
- 3–6 months or until V1.0

A real deployment, with people behind it.
Pilot partners are not a beta list. You get the full platform, onboarding help, and influence over the roadmap while we prove Corei on your workload.
Full platform access
Every module and every Corei capability during the pilot — nothing held back behind a tier.
Direct line to the team
A shared channel with the people building Corei. Your feedback shapes what ships next.
Your data stays yours
Tenant-isolated, under NDA, and exportable at any time. Walk away and your records leave with you.
No rip-and-replace
Your current PSA keeps running the whole time. Tandem means there is never a day where work stops.
Who this is for
A good fit
- MSPs running ConnectWise or another PSA today
- Teams with a service manager who can commit an hour a week
- 5–150 technicians, US or Canada
- Willing to give candid feedback under NDA
Probably not yet
- No PSA in place at all — start with a demo instead
- Mid-flight migration to another platform this quarter
- Cannot sign a mutual NDA
- Looking only for a price sheet, not a deployment
Tell us about your service desk.
We review every application by hand and reply with demo times. If the pilot is not right for you yet, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
- Demo first — always, before anything is signed
- Mutual NDA before any data is connected
- Tandem sync live in 12–36 hours after that
Pilot program FAQ
Do I have to join the pilot to see Corei?
No. A demo stands on its own — book one, ask everything, and walk away if it is not for you. The pilot is only for MSPs who want to run Corei on their own tickets.
How long does the pilot last?
The pilot runs 3–6 months, or until we fully launch V1.0 — whichever comes first. Tandem sync runs the full duration so there is no forced cutover date. Most teams form a clear opinion within the first few weeks of live tickets.
What does the NDA cover?
It is mutual. Your client data, pricing and internal numbers are protected, and so is our unreleased functionality — which lets us show you things that are not public yet.
Will this disrupt my service desk?
No. Your existing PSA stays authoritative through the pilot and sync is two-way, so a ticket worked in either system is correct in both. There is no cutover weekend.
How fast can we start?
Demo scheduling is usually within a week. After the NDA, the initial sync completes in 12–36 hours and your team can start working in tandem immediately.
