A scoped ConnectWise API member gives Corei read/write access to only the pods you approve. Setup takes about fifteen minutes and needs no on-site work.

Corei imports boards, agreements, configurations, members, custom fields, and full ticket history. The initial pass completes in 12 to 36 hours depending on data volume.

Turn on two-way sync

After the initial pull, Corei subscribes to changes and reconciles bi-directionally. Edits in either system propagate within seconds, with a full audit trail.

How fast can we be live?

Do we have to stop using ConnectWise?

No. You can run both systems in tandem indefinitely — technicians in ConnectWise, leadership and dispatch in Corei, both kept in sync within seconds. Consolidation onto Corei is an option, not a requirement.

What happens to our history?

All of it comes with you — tickets, time entries, agreements, configurations, members, and custom fields. That history is what lets Corei's AI be useful from day one instead of starting cold.

Is the sync one-way or two-way?
