How long does the initial sync take?
Most MSPs are connected in under 30 minutes. Historical backfill runs in the background; live data starts flowing immediately so you can begin using dashboards and Corei right away.
Will Corei create duplicate records?
No. Writes are matched to existing ConnectWise records by ID. New records (time entries, notes, status updates) are created under the responsible member with a Corei source tag.
What about our custom fields and boards?
Corei ingests your boards, statuses, types, and custom/UDF fields as-is. You map once during onboarding, and Corei reasons over your taxonomy — not a generic one.
Can we control what Corei is allowed to write?
Yes. Every automation has an explicit scope and approval mode — suggest, auto-apply with audit, or fully manual. Toggle per workflow, per board, or per client.
