A real assistant, not another notification firehose.
Corei brings Corei into the conversation — proactive when it matters, quiet when it doesn't, and always one mention away.
@Corei anywhere
Mention Corei in any channel or chat. It answers from your live Corei data — tickets, projects, customers, knowledge.
Smart notifications
SLA risk, scope creep, stalled deals, and dispatch alerts land in the right channel — with one-click actions.
Ticket-to-chat
Open a war room for a ticket. Corei brings the customer context, history, and runbook. Resolution syncs back.
Dispatch in Teams
Claim, reassign, and schedule work from a card. No more flipping to the PSA to move one ticket.
Quote & approval flow
Approval requests land as adaptive cards. Approve, decline, or comment — written back to the Sales Room instantly.
Knowledge on demand
Ask about a customer, runbook, or vendor process. Corei cites the source so answers stay trustworthy.
Right context. Right channel. Right people.
Map Corei events to the channels they belong in. Corei routes the signal, not the noise.
Morning briefing · SLA-risk tickets · dispatch suggestions
Scope creep alerts · milestone slippage · timeline forecasts
Quote views · signer activity · stalled-deal flags
Ticket context · runbook lookup · resolution sync

Admin policy · Corei in Teams
The questions Microsoft 365 admins ask first.
Which Teams editions are supported?+
Any Microsoft 365 tenant with Teams — Business Standard and above. Government and EDU tenants supported on request.
Does Corei need to be added to every channel?+
No. Add it once to the tenant, then opt channels in. Direct chat with Corei works for every licensed user by default.
Where does the data live?+
Corei remains the system of record. Corei fetches data on demand using your tenant's identity — nothing is stored in third-party caches.
Can we customize the alerts?+
Yes. Each event type (SLA risk, scope creep, signer activity, etc.) is routable and tunable per channel, with quiet hours per user.
Does it work with Teams calls and meetings?+
Corei can join meetings to take notes, capture action items, and post a summary card to the channel afterward.
How is this licensed?+
Included with Corei — no per-seat Teams add-on. Existing Microsoft 365 licensing applies on your side.
Put your MSP's brain inside the app your team never closes.
Corei in Teams turns Corei into a teammate — one that briefs you, flags risk, and acts when you tell it to. Same chat. Same identity. Full Corei context.
